Before launching TAO, he was Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas at Jetcraft, where he led a team of 13 sales executives and increased transactions by 50%. Throughout his career, Dan has held leadership roles at top brokerages, OEMs, and private aviation firms where he advised Fortune 500 companies, public firms, and UHNW individuals on acquisitions, sales, leasing, and aircraft management. At TAO, his strategic insights and deep industry expertise ensure clients receive tailored, results-driven solutions.
Ellen B. Urell, Director Of Operations
As Director of Operations at TAO, Ellen Urell is a seasoned aviation professional with deep expertise in aircraft transactions, flight department management, and regulatory and financial oversight. She has successfully managed complex transactions across all aircraft types in both domestic and international markets. Ellen provides strategic guidance on contract negotiations, tax planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting. She also has extensive experience building and scaling flight operations for long-term success. Ellen also serves on the NBAA Tax and Regulatory Committee, frequently speaking at industry conferences.
